Like stated before, it is best if you commit to 6 weeks to complete your hypnosis so your subconscious has the time it needs to soak up the new information you are giving it.

The difference in a onetime customized MP3 download and one that I deliver to you on a weekly basis, is when you choose the weekly MP3, we can tweak things to your liking on a weekly basis.  Maybe you really picked up on one aspect of the hypnosis rather quickly, and you would like to add something to the sessions and take away the part you already have under your belt… with this option, you can do that.Plus, you will get more one on one time with me, and the ability to ask more questions and learn more of how to transform your life on a continual basis.
