For most people’s problems, hypnosis can help attain results in 6 sessions.
You will need to be committed to do “homework” on a daily basis when you don’t have a session. I will provide you with written instructions for your homework so it is easily understandable. You should count on 15 to 20 minutes a day for your homework. (This reason why is explained HERE.)
If you cannot commit to the above parameters, hypnosis is not for you (except for one type of hypnosis).
